Today the results of the 3rd International Film Award for professional actresses Actress Universe 2023 have been summed up.

First place and the title Actress Universe 2023 (Best Actress) goes to the Indian actress Deepti Devi for the feature film "Tath Kana" (India, directed by Girish Mohite)!

The following actresses were also awarded additional nominations:
- Portuguese actress Ana Lopes (Best Actress in a Romance) for the feature film "Just Let Me Go" directed by Luis Diogo;
- British actress Chloe Adlerstein (Best Supporting Actress) for the feature film "Ghosted", directed by Daniel Pacquette;
- British actress Jade Asha (Best Actress in a Comedy) for the feature film "Ghosted", directed by Daniel Pacquette;
- American actress Kayden Brenna Tokarski (Best Young Actress) for the feature film "Apocalypse Love Story", directed by Justin Wilder Neese;
- American actress Lys Perez was named Best Actress in a Sci-Fi for the feature film "An Electric Sleep", directed by Theo Brown;
- British actress Amanda Clapham was named Best Actress in a Thriller for the short film "Voices", directed by Abbie Lucas;
- American actress Patrece Bloomfield (Best Actress in a Crime) for the short film "Stills", directed by Kyle Marra;
- British actress Susku Ekim Kaya (Best Actress in a Drama) for the short film "Barriers", directed by Balazs Weidner.
